This interactive morning session will cover the crucial role of self-awareness in developing successful relationships and help participants pinpoint behaviors that impact work performance by reviewing the four core abilities of emotional intelligence. Ms. Clark will cover how participants can identify their emotional triggers and improve their work by understanding how the brain processes emotion. She will also discuss how staying cool and building confidence can boost productivity and how to develop leadership skills by recognizing office behaviors to more productively manage relationships. This workshop will include activities and interactive discussion to reinforce the concepts presented, and participants will leave with concrete goals and action items to pursue to enhance their emotional intelligence.
How to Build a High Performance Team
How do you structure a team to leverage skill sets and optimize personalities? What are the tools and resources you need to build a superstar team? How do you measure a successful team? Get answers to these and other questions during this impactful half-day afternoon workshop.

Program managers who are new to the role or who have a few years’ experience.
Policy professionals, program planners/designers, marketers, evaluators and energy professionals in related areas who desire a comprehensive understanding of the program lifecycle and processes.
Ten hours of learning will be supplemented by interactive group activities and handouts to ensure retention of the information, put to practice the thought processes required, and not be bored!

Cancellations received by 4/30/18, will receive a refund, minus a $150 processing fee. If using Points, there will be a 1 Point cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 4/30/18 & no shows will not receive a refund (cash or Points). AESP reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants. If a program is canceled, refunds will be paid in full for training course canceled or you may reschedule attendance in the next available training course. In the event of a cancellation, AESP is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges you may incur.
